Individual psychotherapy for adults (younger and older).

Therapy sessions are scheduled one or more times a week, depending on your need and ability. Sessions are scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time. We will meet at the same time each week unless we agree otherwise.

In therapy, as we work together to increase your understanding and your capacity to hold more experience in awareness, the more open and welcoming you become.  Over time, experiences which formerly felt unmanageable and overwhelming become occasions for self-reflection and, possibly, opportunities for new response. I have extensive experience working with:
